The shoulders energetically represent joy. If you feel blocked in this area due to general tightness or want to learn how to safely recover from a previous injury this is a great opportunity for you. This workshop will teach you the skills you need to improve flexibility, achieve less stiffness, get a greater range of motion, and overall feel less pain in your shoulders. Learn how to incorporate therapeutic restorative stretches into your regular routine and feel confident adding props or modifying your yoga practice to notice positive changes. These exercises and tools will help activate the muscles responsible for scapular stabilization to build both strength and awareness as you alleviate your upper body.
